how do i set up the new server info ? Hi, If the host is dbserver.4servers.com you can use this information in Server Manager. Also you will need the UserId and Password. It would be a good idea to check with the system administrator if there is a firewall blocking TCP/IP on MySQL port. If there is you won't be able to connect to mysql unless the firewall rule is removed. Any error messages when you try to connect to the server? Best Regards Support / DBTools Software
