Importing MSAccess via DAO to MySql (947 previews)
Importing MSAccess via DAO to MySql Posted in 19th, 04/2005 11:08 by ray.godwin
I am useing DBManager 3.0.3a freeware edition to import data from an MSaccess DB into a MySql database. It will only work if I drop the MySql tables first. I have tried truncating the tables first and just importing the data but no joy. This was working before I upgraded to the 3.0.3a. Any ideas before I roll back.

Hi,

If you want to import only data, you must uncheck the "Create Table" option and check the "Import Data".
The rest is done automatically after that.
