| Hello to all
I have a problem with DBManager Pro: I can't connect to local host with mySql. When i tried to connect the result is the message: __________________________________________ |DBmanager················································| |_________________________________________| |······························································| |Can't connect to MySql server on 'localhost' (10061)| |_________________________________________| I tried with this ·Change the host name to my IP. ·Change the host name to 127.0.0.1 and nothing of nothing. Tanks.  |

| Hi,
This can be two things: - Your MySQL Server is not working on localhost. To check this use the Control Panel => Services and see if the MySQL service is started properly - You may have a firewall blocking connections on MySQL port (usually 3306). To check this just disable the Firewall service temporarily and see how it works. If it does, usually inserting the firewall rule will solve the problem. Regards, Support / DBTools Software |
