I finally found a way to import data from MS Access to FB. I converted my MS Access 2003 database to a MS Access 97 database and it worked fine with one exception. It creates all tables OK but can't import data from just one table and tells me the following: arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation Transaction Aborted Any help? Thanks a lot Renato /

Hi, In this case you will need to compare both tables and see if the structure are correct. It is likely that during the conversion process the table in Firebird became different than in MSAccess, which may cause problems. If any of the columns in table was not converted correctly you may use the Type Conversion Manager a change the default conversion to fit your needs. Best Regards, Support / DBTools Software
