I'm not sure what I module(s) are needed to import from Access 2003 into MySQL 4 and 5.

Hi Steve,
Only he Enterprise Edition can do that. If you plan to manage only MySQL databases with the possibility to import data from MSAccess then you just need DBManager Enterprise for MySQL. In case you plan to migrate data in two ways (MYSQL <=> MSAccess) or manage also MSAccess databases then you need the both engines activated in DBManager.
