| I am using DBTools Manager Professional 3.1(trial) ind when i'm trying to connect Oracle server i get a message "Error loading DBORACLE.DLL for Oracle" But I have installed it with Oracle support and this dll file exists in the program directory.
With Sybase I have the same message, other engines work well Any ideas? Vadim / |

| Hi,
You must install the Oracle Client Interface for Oracle and Sybase Library CT for Sybase. See that DBManager is not shipped with those databases interfaces. See the list of Client Interfaces and Database Engines not shipped with DBManager that requires installation from the respective CD setup: - Oracle (OCI) - MSSQL Server (DBLibrary) - Sybase (DBLibrary) - MSAccess (DAO) The Open Sourced engines Client Interfaces are distributed with DBManager as they are free for this purpose. | Hi Daniel,
These errors may happen if the Client Library of the RDBMS is not installed in the same PC. For Oracle you have to install the Oracle Client Interface and for Sybase you must install Sybase Open Client Library. When the Client interfaces are not installed the load of DBManager DLL's fail.
