I purchase mysql space and using dbtool for connecting and i gave 213.XX.XX.XX ip address in hst name and while testing it is tryiong with 61.XX.XX.XX , some other ip address...
how to change that to 213.XX.XX.XX

Hi,
DBmanager will try to open the connection to the host filled in Server Manager. If the connection is being redirected to another IP you may need to check firewall (if any), specially if there are port redirecting rules.
Other than that the IP filled in Server Manager should be used by default. See that DBmanager actually doesn't handle the connection. The IP is passed to the mysql C API which handles everything from that point on.
