| I use the Firebird embedded server on Windows. I copied the embedded fbclient.dll file into the same directory as DBManager. However, when I try to add a Firebird server, it insists upon connecting to the local machine, even when I leave the hostname empty. To work with the embedded server you need to leave the host field blank.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Can you explain how to access a local firebird file via the embedded firebird server with DBManager? Zugg / |

Actually embedded firebird is not yet supported, but this feature will be available in the next version coming in a week or two. Thanks for the feedback. Support / DBTools Software |
